You need to register on our website, after which you will need Email verification. The search function for nanny/tutor will then be activated. Registration on the site is free.
Select the service you need on the dashboard page on your My Nanny profile:
After specifying these requirements, the platform will show you the relevant candidates. You can also select the working distance and see the candidates near your vicinity.
Chat with the candidate using the chat function on the platform, agree on the details and send the booking. (Please note that according to our terms and conditions, you can only contact a nanny/tutor via the platform chat function. You can read terms and conditions more in detail from your profile).
Upon booking confirmation by a nanny/tutor, you will receive a notification. Go to the calendar page, click on the booking and enter your debit card details to freeze the corresponding amount of money in your account. The booking will then move from the “Pending” to the “Upcoming” service page. Continue to agree on details with a nanny/tutor by chatting on the platform.
With complete the service button, a nanny/tutor can make some changes to the agreement with you (for example, if service lasted longer than agreed), and the amount corresponding to this change will be deducted from your account. On the “Completed” service page, view the final payment details and give the nanny/tutor feedback.

Next to the description of each nanny/tutor, there are “chat” and “book now” buttons. You have to check if a nanny/tutor will be able to help out using the chat.

Temporary nanny service allows you to:
Quickly find a person who will work non-standard working hours (evenings, weekends, or holidays) and can stay overnight if needed.
It is possible to take a nanny to the desired location (cottage, resorts, etc.);
After a nanny/tutor confirms a booking, the booking will move to the “Upcoming” service page in My Bookings. When you click on the booking, the payment function will appear. You must enter the card details within 24 hours of confirmation so that the booking is not cancelled. The corresponding amount of money will be frozen on the card during the service period and deducted only after the booking is completed.
The payment can only be made electronically on the website from the parent’s debit card.
On the dashboard page of your profile, you can see the “Search with keywords” at the top of the site. Once you click on it, a “See full list” will be seen to select. Once you are on the nanny list, select the filter “Group activities” in the upper right corner. You will then see all the group activities. The number of children in the group and the recommended age is indicated in the description of each activity. You can book group activities for your child and their friends at any time. Splitting the cost is also possible. In addition, you can participate in weekly group activities organized by My Nanny. For more information, please text us in the chat.
The platform has the function of adding a nanny to the list of favourites. If you add a nanny/tutor to your favourites, you will no longer have to re-enter details and search for a nanny/tutor. Once you enter the “Favourites” page on our platform, a list of your favourite nannies/tutors will appear, and from there, you will be able to book a service easily.
The e-wallet is the bonus card. No money is credited to it. Money can be saved in the e-wallet with bonuses or referrals issued by My Nanny. With the funds accumulated on it, the parent can pay 10% of the total cost of the booking.
With a referral, you can get a bonus in the e-wallet. After receiving a referral link or code, you have to send it to your friends and invite them to My Nanny. A recipient has to register with the link sent to them or type the referral code in a special box. After the person makes the first reservation, both of you will get 10 Lari on your e-wallets. From the bonus received by referrals, the parent can pay 10% of the total cost of the booking.
You indicate the time of your residence country when booking. A nanny/tutor will receive the booking with their local time.
When booking an online service, you do not indicate the address. You choose the candidates only based on available time and desired activities. An online lesson is conducted through Zoom and the tutor sends the link to the meeting.
You can write feedback once the booking is over. Go to the completed bookings on the My Bookings page, click on the booking you want to rate. Mark the rating first and then write a comment to the nanny/tutor.
Go to a nanny/tutor page from your My Nanny profile, below the photo, you will see the “Recommend” button. After clicking on it, a box will appear to write your recommendation and tell other parents about your experience with a nanny/tutor
Nannies go through the selection process after registering on our website. In the first stage, a candidate is interviewed by a psychologist who is our team member. If the candidate successfully passes this stage, they have to submit the following documents:
The tutor focuses on helping kids with school subjects. The person chosen for your child will have the necessary knowledge and skills to help a child quickly and efficiently prepare homework, deepen their knowledge or just find answers to questions that interest them.
Unlike repetitors, our tutors do not have a specific curriculum, and they focus on one-time or part-time assistance. Virtual service is hourly, and it can be booked for single or multiple times.

Yes, you can. If you cancel the booking more than 24 hours before service starts, the parent will not be charged a cancellation fee. The amount frozen by the bank will be fully refunded to the parent’s account no later than 5 working days.
If the parent cancels the booking no more than 23 and no less than 10 hours before the service starts, the company will be entitled to leave the commission fee under the terms of the relevant booking.
If the parent cancels the booking less than 10 hours before the service starts, the parent will be charged 50% of the service fee and the total amount of the commission fee.
It is not allowed to cancel the reservation after the service starts.
